The Nu Deal Experience

Subscription Policy

Effective Date: September 17, 2025
This Subscription Policy outlines the terms and conditions for all subscription-based services offered by The Nu Deal Experience, including the Klassic and Signature Subscriptions. By enrolling, you agree to abide by these terms.

 

 1. GENERAL TERMS & BILLING

Klassic Subscription – $80/month

  • Billed monthly on a recurring basis to the payment method on file.

  • Includes:

    • (1) Klassic Kut with Beard or Shape Up

    • (1) Hair Wash

    • (1) Express Facial

Signature Subscription – $240/month

  • Billed monthly on a recurring basis to the payment method on file.

  • Includes:

    • (4) Haircuts

    • (2) Hair Washes

    • (2) Express Facials

    • Exclusive perks listed below

💡 Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. Prices and included core services remain fixed during your active term.

 

 2. CANCELLATION & SUSPENSION

  • Cancel anytime with 7–14 days’ notice before your next billing date.

  • Submit cancellation via email to: k9@nudealexperience.co

  • No refunds will be issued for payments already processed.

  • Subscriptions may be paused/suspended for up to 1–3 months with prior written notice and approval.

 

 3. SERVICE USAGE & BOOKING RULES

  • All services must be used within the current calendar month.

  • No rollover of unused services into future months.

  • Appointments are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.

  • Services are for personal use only, unless otherwise stated.

Signature Subscription – Family Use:

  • May be shared with immediate family members (spouse, children, parents) declared and approved by the account holder.

  • The account holder remains responsible for booking and compliance.

 

4. NO-SHOWS & LATE CANCELLATIONS

  • You must provide 24–48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

  • No-shows or late cancellations will result in the service being marked as used with no refund or credit issued.

  • Repeated offenses may lead to suspension or removal from the subscription program.

 

5. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You are responsible for:

    • Keeping your payment information up to date

    • Managing your own booking and cancellations

  • Failed payments may result in automatic suspension or cancellation of your subscription.

  • Subscriptions are non-transferable, except for the Signature Subscription’s approved family use.

 

6. REFUND POLICY

  • No refunds will be issued for:

    • Unused services

    • Missed appointments

    • Early cancellations

    • No-shows or policy violations

 

7. MEMBERSHIP REACTIVATION

  • Canceled members may rejoin at any time.

  • Upon reactivation:

    • You are subject to the current pricing, terms, and policies

    • A new payment method must be entered

    • Previous usage or tenure does not carry over

 

8. SIGNATURE SUBSCRIPTION PERKS

Available exclusively to active $240/month Signature Members

    • Exclusive discounts on select services and premium product purchases

✨ Perks may not be combined with other promotions and are available only while actively subscribed.

 

9. CHANGES TO SUBSCRIPTIONS

  • We reserve the right to update pricing, services, and included perks at any time.

  • Subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any significant changes.
