Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and purchases from The Nu Deal Experience (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website www.nudealexperience.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services. You agree to provide accurate and current information when booking appointments, creating an account, or purchasing products.

 

2. Services and Products

We provide grooming services, including but not limited to barber appointments, hot shaves, facials, and brow grooming. We also sell physical products and may offer subscription-based services.

All offerings are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.

 

3. Booking Terms

By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms in our Booking Policy, including:

  • No refunds for cancellations made within 6 hours of the appointment

  • A 7-minute grace period for late arrivals before the appointment is marked as a no-show

  • No rescheduling; missed appointments must be rebooked

  • Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals may result in fines or client removal

 

4. Store Terms

Purchasing products from our website means you agree to our Store Policy, including:

  • No refunds under any circumstances

  • Exchanges allowed only if the product is damaged upon delivery

  • Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof

 

5. Subscriptions & Memberships

Some services may be offered on a subscription basis. By enrolling:

  • You authorize automatic recurring payments

  • Subscriptions must be canceled before the next billing cycle

  • No refunds are issued for partially used or unused subscriptions

  • Additional terms may apply as outlined in our Subscription Policy

 

6. Rewards Program

If we offer a rewards program:

  • Points have no cash value

  • We reserve the right to cancel or change the program at any time

  • Abuse of the program may result in account suspension and loss of points

 

7. Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for any violations of these Terms.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, text, and designs, is the property of The Nu Deal Experience or its licensors and is protected under copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or reuse any content without written permission.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits or data

  • Delays, delivery failures, or service interruptions beyond our control

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in South Carolina, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

 

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain issues, utility failures, or government actions.

 

13. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post or transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive material

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or our systems

 

14. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or access to our website to anyone at our discretion, including for:

  • Policy violations

  • Inappropriate conduct

  • Safety or legal concerns

 

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
