Thank you for shopping with The Nu Deal Experience. We are committed to delivering quality products and transparent policies. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

 

📦 Shipping Policy

  • We currently ship orders within the United States only.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect address information entered at checkout.

 

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect item ordered

  • Sizing or preference issues

However, if your item arrives damaged, we offer a replacement exchange under the following conditions:

✅ To qualify for an exchange due to damage:

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing k9@nudealexperience.co.

  2. Include:

    • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

  3. We may request that you return the item before a replacement is issued.

  4. You are responsible for return shipping costs, but we will provide a promo code equivalent to the return shipping cost for use on a future order.

    • To receive this code, email us:

      • A copy of your return shipping receipt

      • Your return tracking number

⏳ Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Returns must be shipped within 4 days after delivery. 
Claims made after this window may not be eligible for exchange or reimbursement.

 

🚫 Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds under any circumstances, including:

  • Cancellations

  • No-shows

  • Product dissatisfaction

  • Damage reported after the 24-hour window
