Booking Policy

At The Nu Deal Experience, we aim to provide every client with exceptional service and a smooth booking experience. To maintain fairness and respect for everyone’s time, please review our booking policy before making an appointment.

 

1. Booking Methods

All appointments must be booked through our official website:
www.nudealexperience.co

Website bookings are prioritized over phone, social media, or walk-in requests. We recommend booking early to reserve your preferred time slot.

 

2. Services Offered

Appointments are available for:

  • Haircuts

  • Line Ups

  • Hot Shaves

  • Express Facials

  • Brow Services

Some services may be available as part of a subscription plan. Subscription clients must still book their appointments through the site.

 

3. Payment Policy

  • Full payment is due at the time of service, on-site.

  • We accept [list accepted payment methods, if you'd like].

 

4. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your appointment up to 6 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 6 hours before your appointment.

  • Repeated cancellations may result in:

    • Additional cancellation fees

    • Removal from the client list at our discretion

 

5. Rescheduling

We do not offer rescheduling.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, you must cancel and rebook a new time slot via the website.

 

6. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • A 7-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals.

  • After 7 minutes, your appointment will be considered a no-show.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

  • Multiple late arrivals or no-shows may result in:

    • Fines or penalties

    • Permanent removal from the client list

 

7. Client Accountability

  • We reserve the right to release clients who frequently cancel, arrive late, or no-show.

  • Our goal is to maintain a respectful and reliable booking experience for all clients.
