Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to members participating in the Nu Deal Loyalty Program, offered by The Nu Deal Experience via www.nudealexperience.co. By enrolling or participating, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must have a valid account with The Nu Deal Experience to earn and redeem points.

• Program available to U.S. customers only.

• We may suspend access if fraud or abuse is suspected.

2. Earning Points

• Points are earned through eligible purchases and actions (e.g., referrals, birthday bonuses).

• Points are only awarded for transactions made through approved channels.

• We may offer promotions that adjust point earnings temporarily.

3. Redeeming Rewards

• Points may be redeemed for eligible services or products listed in your account.

• Points cannot be used for gratuity, tips, cash back, or applied to past purchases.

• Redemption is subject to availability and may change at our discretion.

4. Point Expiration & Account Inactivity

• Points expire after [6 or 12] months of account inactivity.

• Inactive accounts (no bookings or redemptions) may be closed without notice.

• Expired points are non-recoverable.

5. Program Changes & Termination

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time.

• If terminated, any unused points may be forfeited with or without notice.

• Major changes will be announced via email or posted on our site.

6. Non-Transferable & No Cash Value

• Points and rewards have no monetary value.

• Points are non-transferable, and may not be shared or gifted.

• Rewards may not be exchanged for refunds, credits, or substitutions.

7. Subscription Perks vs Loyalty Points

• Loyalty Program is separate from paid subscription perks.

• Subscribers may receive bonus points or rewards but must still abide by program rules.
